Knowing your audience is only half the battle.
Choosing the words to use to communicate who you are, what you provide, and why they should care, is the other.
Speaking the language of those you are trying to reach with your product, service, or cause is how businesses succeed in the marketplace.
This is what we call marketing. And marketing is always happening.
It’s how the marketplace talks about you – with or without your input.
So this begs the question: Why would you not be intentional about the conversation they’re already having?
